In my family of farmers and pilots, my grandparents always said they wanted their children to have roots and wings...
That intention is at the heart of my practice, where we live these values:
ROOTS
in touch with the earth
connection & family
nourishing with food
honouring your body and your health needs
grounded & centred
WINGS
find adventure or let adventure find you
go out & seek what you want
find what fulfills you
experience what life has to offer
Hungry for someone to hold space?
Well then, I’m your gal! I’m Dr. Kate, and I’m delighted to meet you.
Our bodies already contain medicine and wisdom, and it's up to us to help unblock it, together. I have so much faith in women and their ability to know themselves, and I see my role as your guide on this journey to more embodied health. As a naturopathic doctor, I’m passionate about helping women like you connect to their creative center and to their natural body rhythms.
all about caring connection…
As an INFJ - the Advocate personality - I see helping others as my role in life.
Historically, women were told about their health from a top down approach - what they could and could not do. Does this mainstream, patriarchal approach not sit quite right with you? Me neither. As an introvert, highly sensitive person and determined rebel, I prefer conversations about health to be, well, conversational. An appointment with me is like coming over for a cup of tea. As an empathic practitioner, I’m committed to our relationship being more of a partnership and not based on a power differential.

Most of the time, you can find me connecting with women at the clinic over a cup of herbal tea. When I’m away from my desk, you might find me:
