Our bodies already contain medicine and wisdom, and it's up to us to help unblock it, together. I have so much faith in women and their ability to know themselves, and I see my role as your guide on this journey to more embodied health. As a naturopathic doctor, I’m passionate about helping women like you connect to their creative center and to their natural body rhythms.

As an INFJ - the Advocate personality - I see helping others as my role in life.

Historically, women were told about their health from a top down approach - what they could and could not do. Does this mainstream, patriarchal approach not sit quite right with you? Me neither. As an introvert, highly sensitive person and determined rebel, I prefer conversations about health to be, well, conversational. An appointment with me is like coming over for a cup of tea. As an empathic practitioner, I’m committed to our relationship being more of a partnership and not based on a power differential.
